Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage works in a similar way. We keep both to a minimum.
What we use
Strictly necessary
- rk_sid - a session cookie that keeps you signed in while you browse. It is "HttpOnly", can't be read by page scripts, and ends when you close your browser or sign out.
Browser storage (stays on your device)
- rk_age - remembers that you confirmed you are 18+, so we don't ask on every page.
- rk_cookie - remembers your answer to the cookie notice.
- Session timer - a temporary value that powers the session timer in the footer. It is cleared when you close the tab.
What we don't use
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
Third parties
- Google sign-in - if you choose it, Google may set its own cookies. See Google's policy.
- Our games - games load in a frame from our game server, which may set cookies needed to make the game work.
Your choices
You can use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to see the notice again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but if you block the necessary cookie you won't be able to stay signed in. Clearing browser storage will make us ask for your age confirmation again.
