Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what information Rokiosk collects, why, how we look after it and what you can do about it.
Rokiosk is operated by , .
What we collect
- When you sign up: a username, your email address and a password. Your password is turned into a scrambled one-way code before it is saved, so it is never stored the way you typed it. We also keep the date you joined, your last sign-in and a count of failed sign-in tries (five wrong tries pause the account for 15 minutes).
- If you use Google sign-in: your verified email address and Google account ID, checked by our server with Google. We then ask you to choose a username.
- Your play on Rokiosk: your coin balance, XP, level and the date of your last daily bonus.
- When you contact us: your name, email address, topic and message.
Where it is kept and how it is protected
Your account is stored on our own server in a protected area that cannot be opened from the internet. Sign-up, sign-in and contact forms are all processed on our server, not in your browser, and the website never shows how information is stored.
Messages sent through the contact form are emailed from our server to our team. A protected copy is kept in a private log on our server so we can reply and check that the message arrived. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with your request.
Sign-up and sign-in events (such as the date, username and email) are also written to a private log so we can keep accounts secure.
We never ask for or store card or bank details. Nothing on Rokiosk costs money.
Why we use it
- To run your account, coins and level (needed to provide the service you asked for)
- To check you are 18+ and in the UK
- To reply when you contact us
- To keep Rokiosk safe and prevent misuse (our legitimate interests)
Who else sees it
- Email delivery service: contact messages pass through the SMTP email service we use to send them to our team.
- Google, only if you choose Google sign-in. Google's own privacy policy applies.
- Our game server: the games load inside our pages from our own game server, which may use its own cookies.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your account stays until you delete it from the account page or ask us to delete it. Contact messages are kept only as long as we need them to help you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. You can delete your account yourself at any time. For anything else, use the contact form or email . You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Rokiosk is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has made an account, please tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If anything changes we will update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
