1. What Rokiosk is
Rokiosk is a free-to-play social games website. All games on it are original and made by us. There is no real-money gambling, nothing to buy, and no prizes of money or real-world value. Playing here is for entertainment only.
2. Who can play
- You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
- We ask you to confirm your age when you enter the site and when you sign up. Giving false information breaks these terms.
- You may have one account only.
3. Your account
- Choose a username and give us a real email address.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can sign in with email and password or with Google, if available.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time from the account page, or ask us to by using the contact form.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other players or the site at risk.
4. Virtual coins, levels and bonuses
Coins, XP and levels are free virtual items. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money or prizes. We may change, add or reset bonuses, balances and levels, for example to fix errors or prevent misuse.
5. Using the site fairly
Please do not: use bots, scripts or tools to collect coins or XP; try to break into accounts, servers or games; copy, scrape or resell our games or content; upload or send anything unlawful, abusive or harmful; or pretend to be someone else.
6. Our games and content
The games, artwork, logos, text and code on Rokiosk belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Third-party services
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that sign-in. Our games run from our own game server and may use their own cookies, as explained in our Cookies Policy.
8. Availability
We work to keep Rokiosk running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove games and features at any time.
9. Our responsibility
The site and games are provided "as they are". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law, or our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute (this does not affect any rights you have to use your local courts as a consumer).
